Many of the forum moderators are getting sick and tired of constantly having to move threads, we are constantly stumbling across dozens of posts (threads included) categorised under the wrong topics. This needs to stop, therefore I have created this thread, among one in every topic here in the forum to better educate you of what is to go in each topic. If your thread does NOT comply with the following, DO NOT post it here.

Darkside of Open
Our Hotel isn’t perfect and encounters a few problems and glitches here and there – some things temporary, others more on a long term basis. In this thread you can report and discuss these issues in a constructive way and a NON ABUSIVE manner. Not to be confused with “Open Ideas/Suggestions” – your suggestions belong there.

I urge you to follow this description when posting threads here, whether it complies with this definition or it alternatively belongs in another topic. If so, please go to the appropriate topic and post it there  Repetition of spamming or inappropriate posting (threads included) will result in an infraction and further a ban. Please also remember the basic forum rules (Open Way and TOS included):

No spamming
No swearing
No abuse
No advertising
No discussing other hotels or retros
No disrespecting staff
No impersonating staff
No giving out personal information
No drama’s or disputes
